Where this comes from
The book is not theory. I ran the sales org at an MSP that grew from $2M to $20M in under four years as the hired operator, and I have spent the years since helping other owners build the same engine.

Straight answers
The fine print, out loud.
- Do I need to read the book first?
- No. Every file stands on its own, and the Project Plan tells you the order. The book is the why behind each one. It's free too, at k7leadership.com/book, whenever you want it.
- What format are the files?
- Four PDFs and two Excel workbooks. The workbooks open in Excel or Google Sheets. Everything is yours to keep and to share inside your company.
- Do I have to talk to a salesperson?
- No. Nobody calls you. If you want to talk, the button at the bottom of this page is the only way that happens.
- What happens to my email?
- You join my newsletter. I send occasional notes on sales and running an MSP, the same thinking the book came from. Unsubscribe whenever you want and the files are still yours.
