A financially mature firm in the medical vertical wanted out, the right way. But it had no operating structure at the top. Owner, spouse, and partner were all pulling their own way. We built the KPI management, the financial view, and an org chart that fit how they actually ran. From roughly $8M, they exited near $12M on about 21× EBITDA. Among the highest multiples in the industry.

An MSP I coached for two years had poor financials and no story a buyer would pay up for, stuck around 3–4×. We straightened out the business and built a narrative grounded in real numbers. He sold at 7×. The work isn't spin. It's making the business actually worth what the story says.

Red to sold in one year

A ~$2M vertical MSP, owners doing everything, in the red, wanting out within a year. We built the financial backbone and two layers of management. From negative net income to about 5% net in a single year, then a sale at roughly 5–6× against a near-zero sale a year earlier.

The turnaround

A firm that had bled for 18 months, tangled across two sets of books. We rebuilt the operating discipline and the financial view, and they were back in the black in as little as three months, with roughly a 20% gross-margin lift over the three years that followed. The business runs genuinely healthy now.
