The content
Everything here (articles, videos, graphics, downloads, calculators) belongs to K7 LLC unless it is credited to someone else. It is published for your information. It is not professional, legal, financial, or tax advice, and reading it does not create a coaching or consulting relationship. Link to it and share it freely. Don't republish it as your own.
Nothing is sold on this site
You can't buy anything here, and we never ask for payment details. The downloads, the tools, and the intro call are free. Coaching engagements are arranged directly with Kyle and run under a separate signed agreement covering scope, fees, and billing. Those commercial terms live in that agreement.
Free downloads and email
Some pages offer a free download in exchange for your name and email address, which also subscribes you to a related email series. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any of those emails. Our Privacy Policy covers what we do with that address.
Booking a call
The scheduler on this site books real time on Kyle's calendar. If your plans change, please cancel or reschedule so someone else can take the slot.
Third-party links
We link out to tools, articles, and services we find useful. We don't control those sites and we aren't responsible for what happens on them.
Our YouTube channel and tooling
Our videos live on YouTube. When you watch or interact with them, YouTube's Terms of Service apply: https://www.youtube.com/t/terms. Our internal production software, RoboRad (video-dom), uses YouTube API Services and is bound by those same terms and by Google's Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy. Our Privacy Policy spells out exactly what that software does and doesn't touch.
No warranty
This site is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available, and we make no guarantees about either. To the extent the law allows, K7 LLC is not liable for damages arising from your use of the site or anything you download from it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version always lives on this page, with its effective date at the top.
