Privacy Policy
Effective July 24, 2026
K7 LLC (doing business as K7 Leadership, "we" and "us") runs k7leadership.com and the K7 Leadership YouTube channel at youtube.com/@K7Leadership. This page covers what we collect, what we do with it, and what we never do.
What we collect
When you contact us
If you email, call, text, or use the contact page, we keep what you send so we can reply. That is the whole purpose. We don't add you to a mailing list because you emailed us.
When you join the newsletter
We store your email address and send you the newsletter. Every issue has an unsubscribe link at the bottom and it works immediately. Delivery runs through beehiiv, listed below.
When you download something
A few pages trade a free download (the book, the sales toolkit, the calculator workbooks) for your first name, last name, and email address. That also subscribes you to a short email series about what you downloaded, and every email in it has an unsubscribe link. Download links are signed and expire after a set window.
When you book a call
The scheduler on this site is Reclaim.ai, embedded in the page. When you book, you give it your name, email address, and a time. That booking lives in Reclaim and on our calendar.
When you read the site
We measure traffic ourselves. The next section covers exactly what that means.
What our analytics record
We run our own analytics on our own servers instead of handing your browsing to an ad network. This site sets no cookies.
For each page view we store:
- the page you are on and the site that referred you
- your country
- your browser, operating system, and a rough screen size (small, medium, large)
- how far down the page you scrolled and how long you stayed
- how quickly the page loaded for you
- campaign tags, if you arrived from a tagged link
We do not store your IP address. Your IP is used once, in memory, as one ingredient in a one-way hash. That hash lets us count how many separate people visited without knowing who any of them are. The secret that produces it is replaced every day, so today's hashes cannot be matched to yesterday's and none of them can be turned back into an IP address.
We also run Cloudflare Web Analytics, served from our own domain. It is cookieless and it does not fingerprint your device.
What we don't do
We don't sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We don't run ads on this site. We don't set advertising or tracking cookies. We don't buy contact lists, and we don't add people to our newsletter without them asking for it.
Third-party services
These companies handle parts of this site. Each one has its own privacy policy.
- Cloudflare, hosting and traffic analytics: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy
- beehiiv, newsletter and email delivery: beehiiv.com/privacy
- Reclaim.ai, call scheduling: reclaim.ai/privacy
- Google and YouTube, embedded videos: policies.google.com/privacy
Videos on this site are click-to-play. Until you press play, nothing is requested from YouTube and no YouTube cookie is set. Once you press play, Google's policy governs what happens inside that player.
Our YouTube tooling (YouTube API Services)
We use internal production software called RoboRad (video-dom) that uses YouTube API Services to manage our own YouTube channel. By interacting with our channel, or with any K7 service that connects to YouTube, you also agree to:
- YouTube's Terms of Service: https://www.youtube.com/t/terms
- Google's Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
What this software accesses and stores:
- It authenticates only the channel owner's Google account. It has no other users.
- It accesses and manages only our own channel's content: video uploads, titles and descriptions, captions, thumbnails, and our channel's analytics.
- It does not access, collect, or store any data about visitors to this site, our viewers, our subscribers, or any other third party.
- OAuth credentials are stored locally on company-controlled hardware and are never shared with anyone.
Data retention and deletion. Stored API data is limited to our own channel's content and our own credentials. We keep credentials only as long as the software is in use. Revoking access and deleting the locally stored tokens removes them. For questions or deletion requests, email kyle@k7.today.
Revoking access. Anyone who has granted this software access to a Google account can revoke that access at any time in Google's security settings: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
Your choices
Want to know what we have on you, or want it deleted? Email kyle@k7.today and we'll take care of it. You can unsubscribe from any email we send using the link in that email.
Children
This site is for business owners and is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
When this policy changes, the new version gets posted on this page with a new effective date.
